When will my items arrive?

Please allow up to 7-18 business days for shipping within the US.
We do not currently have any other international shipping options.

I am ordering internationally to Canada. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once the order has shipped out from the warehouse it can take between 1-4 weeks to arrive. Be sure to check with your local post office/customs on a regular basis (there is a chance they are holding onto it because you owe a duty or tax on the package). If you do not receive your package within 30 days, please contact us at shop@slaygrlslay.com.

I did not receive an email confirmation with my order number, why is this?

It’s possible that the confirmation email was sent to your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please email us at shop@slaygrlslay.com so we can confirm and make any updates necessary.

What is the return policy?
